Condominium First Management Services Ltd. was founded in 1974 by our Chairman Bob Davies. Since inception, it has remained family operated; a company of pride; a company of ethics, leadership and excellence.

The Corporations we manage each have an experienced Community Manager, Property Assistant and Property Accountant assigned to them.
