Condominium First Management Services Ltd. has been a leader in the condominium property management industry since 1974 with offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray and Canmore. Since that time our family operated business has earned the management of a large portfolio of select Condominium Corporations, Community Associations and rental properties. Over the past 10 years, we have prepared over 300 Reserve Fund Studies in locations across Western Canada. Today, we are recognized as one of the most progressive and successful Condominium management companies in our industry, and have been the recipients of the "Consumers Choice Award for Business Excellence" each year since 2006.
