Our Community Managers attend scheduled Board of Directors meetings and Annual General Meetings. Communication between meetings is important and we keep our Boards informed of our activities at all times.

We communicate with owners, in writing, regarding notices or By-law violations, as requested by our Boards.

Administrative activities carried out as your Managers include:

  • Making all arrangements for Annual General Meetings;
  • Attending Board meetings and preparing background that will assist Boards in setting effective policies;
  • Supplying Boards with copies of all correspondence sent on their behalf;
  • Maintaining the documents of the Corporation; these are readily available 24 hours a day through our Order Documents Online service;
  • Providing 24 hour emergency response 365 days a year.
    • An experienced Community Manager is on duty at all times.
